Jitjatjo is like the Uber of service industry staffing. They’re a place where businesses and employees alike can fill shifts at their own convenience, all on one app. In 2018 they wanted a refreshing rebrand and new messaging to speak to their platform’s origin story, looking to help and serve the people who help and serve, well, the people. “Human Powered” is exactly what they are and what the service industry aims to be.

Jitjatjo presented a unique writing challenge as a preexisting, under-the-radar company trying to find it’s voice. Lucky for me, as a company refreshingly working by and for the people who spend the bulk of their time helping others, their mission statement wrote itself, and the rest followed.
